About Me

Hey, I'm Conglei — co-founder and CTO of Zoza, where we're building the future of AI-powered sales intelligence. I split my time between leading the engineering team, writing code, designing products, and thinking obsessively about how AI can be easy to use, trustworthy, and actually helpful to humans.

My Journey

My journey started in academia. I earned a PhD in Computer Science from HKUST, where I focused on visual analytics, human-computer interaction, and AI explainability. After a stint at IBM Research, working on graph analytics and AI systems, I jumped into the startup world — eventually joining Airbnb, where I worked across the stack: frontend, backend, machine learning, design — whatever the product needed, I was there for it.

Now at Zoza, I'm bringing all those threads together to build tools that feel intuitive, think fast, and get real work done.
